1:ORDERS
First, thank you for your order! Whether for yourself, a friend, or someone else entirely, we know you can spend your money anywhere. Thank you for choosing us. (Especially if you purchased an item whose profits go towards the Sawyer McKinley Scholarship Fund.)
If you have any questions about your order, send us an email and we will be happy to answer your questions. If you would like your order in a gift bag, please indicate when you put the item in your cart. There is a $1 fee for all gift bags. Personal messages are free of course.
2:SHIPPING
Shipping is always $5. If you spend more than $75 we will ship free. No codes. We cannot ship internationally yet, we are working on it. Orders ship within 5-7 business days. If you need a rush, which we understand especially surrounding grief, message us and we will arrange quicker shipping.
3:GIFT SHIPPING
It is our most sincere hope that people will send our gifts and cards as an expression of love and empathy and community. Of course we will include a personal message with your gift. Just check the "personal message" box on each item and we will make sure your thoughts are conveyed with compassion to your loved one. Need a message? Check out our link to Grief Resources.
4:RETURNS
If your product arrives defective, please let us know right away. We are a small business and pride ourselves in the quality of our products. If you let us know about the problem within 7 business days of arrival, we will happily replace the item within 7-10 business days. #mysawyerbracelet is not eligible for returns.
